Overview:

Delivery is offered for both local and worldwide orders. We send parcels to every country where a valid address can be found and reached. During checkout, please provide as many address details as possible.

For most orders, the current estimated delivery window is 5-9 days. Because demand for our products is high, processing may take up to 48 hours to finish. After your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a “Shipment Confirmation” email containing tracking details. Our logistics team is working very hard to send every order out as quickly as possible!

Customer Advisory:

Including a contact phone number with your order is optional, though recommended, since our logistics team may use those details to reach you if an issue occurs while delivering your package.

For international addresses in the U.K., please enter the shire you are located in as the “city” on your order, and place your township name in the “second address” field.

For international addresses in Australia, please enter your LGA (Local Government Area) as the “city” on your order, and add your town, village, or city name in the “second address” field.
