1. Which payment methods can I use?

We take all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

2. Can I cancel my order or update my address?

We know that sometimes you may change your mind about an item. If you need to cancel your order, please visit our Contact Us page. If you need to revise your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it during order fulfillment. If the item has already shipped, we cannot change the shipping address or cancel the order.

3. I ordered several items; why did just one arrive?

For logistical reasons, products from the same order may sometimes ship in separate packages so they can reach you faster. One item may arrive before another. So don’t worry if everything does not arrive at once…your items are on the way!

4. Where is my order / how can I track it?

You should receive an email once your order is processed and shipped with the correct tracking details. If you do not receive these emails, please contact us with your order number so we can review it and provide your tracking information.

5. Money-Back Guarantee

Please note, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, money back will be credited through the original method of payment within 10 business days (i.e. Credit Card, PayPal).

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in original packaging and the same condition that you received it.
  • Please note that orders in transit cannot be cancelled and a refund cannot be initiated until the item has been returned and inspected.
  • If 45 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can't offer a refund or exchange.
  • Free returns offer not valid for HI, PR, AK, GU, VI and International orders.

6. How long does delivery usually take?

The estimated shipping time for our products is approximately 2-3 weeks (10-20 business days). Furthermore, our primary source of shipping is Fedex, DHL, and Yunexpress. All of which are insured.

Due to high demand, order processing can take up to 48-72 hours and estimated delivery times are subject to change. We try our best to process the order within 24 hours.

You will be informed via email when your order is confirmed and shipped out with tracking information.

7. Where can you ship?

We ship to the U.S. and internationally to all 195 countries. For better delivery service, we recommend including your phone number in your order details, as we may need to call you if we have problems delivering your package.

Rest assured, shipment is available and insured for both domestic and international orders.

8. From where do you ship?

We have two warehouses located in North America and Asia. If we happen to be out of stock in our North American warehouse, we will ship directly from our warehouse in Asia.

9. What if I open a bank dispute?

Our team of agents is here to assist you and resolve any issues. We have purposefully made our policies as fair as possible, and we believe they are the top in the industry. We are on your team. We respond quickly, and will do all that we can to help you out and provide the best resolution.

Given this, any customer that files a fraudulent chargeback will be held criminally liable for theft. If you have not received a product, or have an issue with a product that you did receive, please contact us, and we will help you resolve your issue.
