Returns & Exchange Policy

Which items can be returned?
  • As part of our Money Back Guarantee, returns are accepted on COMFORTWEAR items within 45 days after delivery.
  • To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received.
  • Please be aware that orders already in transit cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • If 45 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we are unfortunately unable to provide a refund or exchange.
  • The free returns offer does not apply to HI, PR, AK, GU, VI, or international orders.
Lost or Stolen Packages
  • COMFORTWEAR is not liable for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered to the shipping address entered for the order. If contacted, COMFORTWEAR will verify the delivered address, delivery date, tracking details, and carrier information so the customer can investigate further.
Which items are not refundable?
  • Free or promotional items
Are any return fees applied?
  • Original shipping charges cannot be refunded
  • As of January 31st, 2023, we have partnered with donation centers to process our shoes as donations for people in need. Visit a nearby donation center to contribute, where you will receive a donation tax receipt. To begin your refund, email us the donation proof, and we will take care of the remaining steps. Please DO NOT contact the donation center regarding the refund.
How can I start a return?
  • Submit your order number and email address through the Contact Us page
  • You will receive a confirmation email containing the shipping instructions
When will my refund arrive?
  • After we receive proof of donation along with your donation tax receipt, we will email you to confirm that your refund has been processed. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Chargebacks/Disputes

Our support agents are available to help resolve any concerns. We have intentionally made our policies as fair as possible, and we believe they rank among the best in the industry. We are on your side. We respond promptly and will do everything we can to help provide the best possible resolution.

With that said, any customer who files a fraudulent chargeback will be held criminally liable for theftIf you have not received your product, or if there is a problem with a product you did receive, please contact us so we can help resolve the matter. Please do not submit chargebacks for issues we can work through together. Thank you for shopping with us!
